Ten styles, private or group

Each style can be booked as a private session or a group class, and every class welcomes beginners.

Class styles

Flow, strength and restorative

Flow classes are yoga. The strength classes use Pilates, barre or light weights, and the restorative classes stretch or meditate.

  • A woman sitting on the sand with her hands together, blue sky above

    Yoga

    Flow

Our everyday class, with basic poses and steady breathing. A good first class.

  • A woman in side angle pose on the sand, the sea behind her

    Vinyasa Yoga

    Flow

A mind and body practice of controlled, precise movement through yoga poses, timed to your breath. It builds strength and length and improves flexibility, mobility and muscular endurance.

  • A woman in upward-facing dog on a beach, hills across the water

    Hatha

    Flow

A slower class than vinyasa. You hold each pose longer and work on alignment and balance.

  • A woman with both hands in the sand and one leg lifted straight up behind her, waves breaking in the background

    Ashtanga

    Flow

The same set sequence of poses every time. It builds stamina as you learn it.

  • A woman on a black mat on the sand, balancing with one arm and one leg lifted, the sea and a small island behind her

    Mat Pilates

    Strength

Slow, controlled exercises on the mat that work your core.

  • A woman in a low lunge on a rocky shore with one arm raised, sunlit water behind her

    Yoga Sculpt

    Strength

Yoga poses with light weights added, for more strength work and more sweat.

  • A brass singing bowl with an engraved figure, resting on the sand with small shells inside it

    Meditation with Sound Bowl

    Restorative

A guided meditation while the teacher plays singing bowls.

  • A woman sitting cross-legged on a towel on the sand, seen from behind, facing the waves

    Meditation Flow

    Restorative

Gentle movement that leads into meditation.

  • A woman in a headstand on the sand, the sea and low hills behind her

    Mixup Body Sculpt

    Strength

A full-body workout of mobility, functional training and strength. Pilates, barre and yoga moves work the deep stabilizing muscles to fatigue, and your body weight and your breath build muscular endurance. Expect high-rep burnouts, with cardio bursts and active recovery throughout.

  • A person arching backward with arms stretched out among tall beach grass, the sea and a blue sky behind

    Stretch and Abs

    Restorative

Stretch, strengthen and lengthen with yoga and Pilates moves mixed with traditional stretches. It works on alignment and core stability, improves flexibility, balance and mobility, and eases stiff, sore muscles.
